Hudson's 1 year photos

Thanks to mom's help we were able to get Hudson's 1 year pictures done today. I went ahead and brought Hayden too since I had not had both of the boys photos made together since Hudson was 3 weeks old. I was pretty happy with the way they turned out.

Phase 2 of Play Room Completed

Becky came in today and added the construction vehicles to the playroom. It looks great. Now we just have to get the toy shelf/tv holder put together and in the room so it is complete.

The following pictures are after day 1 of having my friend (the secretary at the school I work at) paint murals on the walls of our former work out room. Now it will be a playroom for Hayden and Hudson. She is doing an awesome job. The background is all done. She just has to add all the construction vehicles to the walls and she will be done. It will be so neat when she is done. Then we can put the toy shelf/entertainment center in that Steve built. It is really neat. I will post more pictures when its all complete.

Busy December

Sorry its been so long since I posted any pictures. Between Christmas parties, Christmas shopping, getting Christmas cards ready and sick kids, its been a busy December. Hayden and Hudson had a flu virus a couple of weeks ago. Hayden was throwing up, Hudson had it coming out the other end. It has never stopped so we are currently waiting on lab results of his stools to see if he has something else. We hope for good results. Otherwise Hudson is doing great, eating well and sleeping awesome. He will not sleep until 7 or 8 if my work allows him to, so over Christmas break if I can get Hayden to sleep a little later, I may actually get to sleep past 5:00. Enjoy the pictures below. Many of them were taken to use in a photo book I created for mom, my Mother-in-law and myself. It is a goal of mine to do one every year to keep a running record of the boys as they grow since I am not a scrap booker. These first few photos are from a party we had at our house with my friends Steph and Erica. Their kids, Sam ELi, Claire, Amelia and Benton all had fun playing with our boys.










Here is a photo I took after Hayden asked if I could make his drum hang from his neck with bread twisty ties. He is such a hoot. We ended up using an old rope belt of mine that I broke in the process of getting it to hang from the drum.

Steve and I all dressed up before a progressive dinner with 18 couples from our church. It was a fun night!
